Helping athletes and leaders find identity, purpose, and faith beyond the game

ABOUTME

Maurice “Moe” Williams is a former NFL offensive lineman, coach, pastor, and team chaplain who walks with athletes and leaders through every phase of life—on the field, off the field, and into what’s next.

A second-round NFL Draft pick and University of Michigan national champion, Maurice started over 100 games for the Jacksonville Jaguars before retiring. Today, he serves as team chaplain for the Jacksonville Jaguars, head coach at Providence High School, and founder of the Moe Williams Family Foundation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University and is a licensed and ordained pastor.
He is the author of When the Game Is Gone, a guide to faith, purpose, and identity after sports. Through speaking, coaching, and ministry, Maurice helps athletes, teams, and men of faith navigate transition with clarity and confidence.
He and his wife, Reulonda, have four sons and are passionate about using their story to serve others and glorify God.
Whether you’re still on the field, stepping into what’s next, or leading in business, I walk with athletes and leaders through every phase of the journey—combining faith, purpose, and practical guidance beyond the game.
